Preparing to Go Live
Go Live Checklist
It is recommended to test all your required transaction flows in the live environment before releasing into production.
Live Endpoints:
Target endpoint:https://api.judopay.com/...
- Remove -sandbox from the URL.
- Replace your sandbox API Token and Secret for the live API Token and Secret.
- When attempting a /collections request, the expiry time of the reserved pre authorised funds differs across acquirers.
- If not collected, the reserved funds are released and the collection request will be declined.
- Following testing Merchant Initiated Transactions (MIT) in the sandbox environment, it is critical these are tested again with live transaction tests prior to formally going live, as sandbox behaviour differs slightly to live.
- Due to rate limits applied in both the sandbox and production environments, we recommend adding pauses between each MIT batch transaction.
- Otherwise the quota limit may block transactions and cause undesirable results.
- Once you have made the above changes, it is recommended to test transaction flows in the live environment before releasing into production.
When you change environments, remember to use the correct API Token and API Secret for that environment.
Using the wrong tokens and secrets will result in an authorisation failure.

To process live payments, your account needs to be activated to access the live API Tokens and Secrets for your apps.
Once you have completed testing in sandbox, and are confident your integration is ready to go live, contact Customer Support to activate your account.
